Automobile team:
Competitors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and international competitors may sign up for the contest by holding the effective competition license issued by the Automobile Association that year, the permission slip of the Automobile Association or the application form stamped with the seal of the association.
Motorcycle team:
Drivers that sign up for two rounds of motorcycle team and ATV team must be above 18 years old, hold the motorcycle driving license verified and issued by the traffic control department, and Level A or Level B contest license of cross-country rallying issued by Chinese Motor Sports Association. Racing drivers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and international competitors may sign up for the contest by holding the effective competition license issued by the Chinese Motor Sports Association that year, the permission slip of the Chinese Motor Sports Association or the application form stamped with the seal of the association.
Provisional driving license
Competitors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreign countries should hold the provisional driving license within the Chinese territory. They may transact the provisional driving license on the first floor of T3 terminal of Beijing Capital International Airport (opposite to the right side of No. 7 Entry). The vehicle fleets that attend Club Cup and Manufacturer Cup are allowed to use the foreign vehicle teams. Each vehicle fleet may sign up for one vehicle team that foreign aid participated. The vehicle team may win the title of credits team of the vehicle fleet, which will not be reckoned in the personal annual credits.
