Statement:
This event shall comply with the relevant provisions and measures of the "2023 Off-road Rally Competition Rules" and "2023 Automobile Off-road Rally Vehicle Technical Rules" and the "Work Manual of China Automobile and Motorcycle Federation".
The related content in this document is for information purposes only. Specific event schedule shall be subject to subsequent event guidelines and supplementary rules.
Registration period: From April 10, 2024
The registration period ends on April 30, 2024. During the registration period, the registration fee will be reduced by 10%, after which 100% will be charged.
Registration deadline: May 10, 2024 (Friday, 17:00)
Registration place: China Auto Cross Country Championship Secretariat, Xinjiang Huanta Auto and Motorcycle Sports Club Co., LTD.
Participants are requested to register within the specified time. Entries beyond the deadline will not be accepted.

 The Qualification of Registration as the Pilots
The pilots and co-pilots registered to participate in the auto and truck category must hold the cross-country rally B class (inclusive) or above level valid race license issued by China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation in 2023.
The pilots registered to participate in the two-wheel motorcycle and ATV category must be at least 18 years old, and hold the motorcycle driving license issued by the traffic control department, and the 2023 motorcycle rally Class B (inclusive) competition license issued by the China Automobile Motorcycle Federation.
The competitors from Hong Kong, Macau and China Taipei please contact the CAMF Cross Country Secretariat for relevant policies.
For the pilots from foreign countries, please contact the CAMF Cross Country Secretariat for relevant policies.
All participants must hold a personal health certificate or physical examination certificate issued by the national medical institution within one month, the documents should be verified by medical personnel during the administrative scrutineering.
After registration, the participating teams should contact the bivouac team of the Rally Organizing Committee in advance to inform the number of participating vehicles and supporting vehicles so as to arrange the location of the team in the bivouac

The Qualification of Racing Vehicles
The category of  vehicles

T1 (including T1+), T2, T3, T4, T5 categories are accepted for the rally registration. T2, T4, T5 accept the registration of manufacturers, the registration should be in accordance with the "2023 Auto Off-road Rally Production Vehicle Registration Measures".
Group T2, T4, T5 non-manufacturer registration is not required
The racing vehicles must comply with the safety guidelines stated by the Road Traffic Law and the relevant regulations of the 2023 Automobile off-road Rally vehicle technical rules "Modification General Rules" (G282) "Safety Equipment and modification" (G283).

2, FIA technical passport (China Automobile Federation vehicle record)
If the participating vehicle has an FIA technical passport, it can provide relevant information to the FAI technical representative or the off-road Secretariat for pre-vehicle inspection and recording procedures before the rally.
Pre-vehicle inspection can be carried out in advance, please contact the racing car inspection supervisor. The vehicle inspection supervisor will inspect the markings and/or lead sealing that may not be removed under any conditions of the racing vehicles. The technical specifications declared during the rally cannot be modified.

3. T1.3 "SCORE" relevant provisions:
Vehicles that meet the SCORE rules will be included in the T1 group, under the condition that the pilot providing evidence that their vehicle has been verified by an international SCORE organization. In accordance with Article GT2 of the organization's rules, the vehicle must carry a lead sealing.
The qualification of the vehicle needs to be confirmed in advance by the FIA Technical Team. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that this designation is required to be submitted in writing prior to the FIA Technical Group meeting for the FIA event in which he intends to participate.
⚫    All safety equipment must be certified and/or in accordance with the FIA regulations, except for roll cage in accordance with the SCORE rule.
⚫    The engine must be operated in accordance with G285 Section 5 "Engine Intake Limiter" (see G285).
⚫    Vehicle weight: at least in accordance with G283 requirements
⚫   Tyre size and number of spare tyres: Maximum diameter 950mm for two-wheel drive racing cars and 840mm for four-wheel drive racing cars. Each racing car should include at least 2 spare tires.

⚫    Vehicle width: two-wheel drive maximum width 2.4m, four-wheel drive maximum width 2.2m.
⚫    Fuel tank: An FIA approved safety fuel tank shall be installed with a guard plate.
⚫    ：Vehicle Registration:
Vehicles that meet the American SCORE standard but are not certified by SCORE International organizations shall comply with the China Auto Cross Country Vehicle Technical rules G283 modification requirements, the front windshield and a closed cab need to be installed, and should be approved by the China Auto and Motorcycle Sports Federation.
4. Other Terms:
Employ, but do not enforce the provisions of G283.07 automatic fire extinguishers.
Implementation of Section 283.14 on safety fuel tanks; The service life of the inner layer (capsule) of the tank can be extended to 2 years upon the manufacturer’s confirmation.

6. Minimum vehicle weight

9. Motorcycles: All registered vehicles meet the requirements of the 2024 FIM WORLD RALLY-RAID CHAMPIONSHIIP REGULATIONS.
1. The pre-race inspection system shall be implemented for the registered vehicles before the registration deadline. The following documents shall be submitted for the application for pre-race inspection.

- Engine lead sealing solution

2. Driving range
Due to the long distance of the special stage, it is mandatory for each model to reach the following range:
- Category T1, T2, T5, not less than 500 km.
3, T3, T4 group, motorcycle group precautions:
- Considering the safety of the rally and the long distance of several special stages, it is mandatory that each model has a driving range of not less than 250 km.
- T3, T4 and motorcycle categories are mandatory to refuel in certain ultra-long special stages, and the refueling time is calculated within the stage time.
- T3 and T4 groups can be transported by trailer on the liaison stage, the time will not be counted in the general classification.
- Motor category can be transported by trailer on the liaison stage.
4, Club Cup, manufacturer's team Cup registration qualification
All legal entities with civil capacity registered in the civil affairs department or industrial and commercial departments can firtly apply for and obtain the team license in accordance with the provisions of the China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation team registration Regulations and team license application Measures, and then sign up to participate in each category of Club Cups.
Each team registered for the Club Cup consists of a minimum of two and a maximum of three cars in the same category.
Teams entering the Manufacturers' Cup must present an authorization letter from the manufacturer, and Groups T2, T4 and T5 must consist of a minimum of two cars and a maximum of three cars from the same category.
Teams participating in the team race are allowed to use foreign crew car groups (consulting the secretariat of China Automobile and Motorcycle Federation before registration), each team can sign up for one team with foreign competitors, which can get the team points of this edition, and the team does not account for the annual individual points.
